Stuart joins Hawkins with 20 years\u2019 experience in the field of safety and risk management consulting. Stuart has a\u00a0NEBOSH\u00a0(National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and a\u00a0DSEAR\u00a0(Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations) certification in gas and liquid training.<\/p><p>Stuart began his career in 2001 developing on-the-job risk and safety training, while assisting senior consultants at AEA Technology.
