Hawkins is delighted to announce that Gavin Dunn<\/a>\u2019s article on electric scooters, discussing the risks and the laws surrounding them, is featured in FOIL<\/a> (Forum of Insurance Lawyers) Magazine.<\/p>

Formed in 1992, FOIL aims to provide the defendant insurance lawyer community, a body to sit alongside the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Members of FOIL act for insurers, self-insured companies and all authorities in the public and private sectors.\u00a0<\/p>

This is a fantastic achievement and Hawkins is extremely proud of Gavin\u2019s contribution to the magazine.\u00a0<\/p>

Gavin is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, with expertise in investigating all types of road traffic collisions from pedestrians to HGVs. \u00a0He is highly experienced in the forensic reconstruction of collisions from the scene through to the court room and has served a range of customers including the police, other public bodies and solicitors.\u00a0 Feel free to contact Gavin if you would like to discuss this article further or need assistance with a road traffic incident.<\/p>
