Hawkins would like to extend a warm welcome to materials expert, Stephen Rowbotham<\/a>. Stephen brings 35 years\u2019 experience in providing independent advice on materials and corrosion to multi-national companies within the built environment and engineering sectors.<\/p>

Stephen is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. Since 2009, Stephen has focused on the power sector, helping loss adjusters, insurance companies and owners\/operators investigate incidents in power plants, ranging from renewables to thermal generation assets. His experience includes both static and rotating components, condition assessment of gas and steam turbines, and outage support for operators.<\/p>

Stephen is passionate about the global aim of achieving net zero power generation and providing solutions to clients in the ever-changing business environment. He is also an experienced expert witness having worked on cases in many jurisdictions across the globe.<\/p>
