Following graduation, he spent time in Japan where he worked on the development of high strength micro-alloyed steels for the automotive industry.<\/p>\n<p>On his return to Poland, Jacek worked as a Materials Engineer in several corporations operating in the aerospace, automotive and white goods industries. He used his knowledge of materials and special processes to support the design of new products, oversee performance of the supply chain, and develop manufacturing processes, particularly heat-treatment, welding and non-destructive testing.<\/p>\n<p>Jacek progressed to become a Forensic Materials Engineer and has since investigated over 150 incidents, determining causation for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawkins.biz\/forensic-investigation\/materials-chemistry-biology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">materials<\/a>\u202f and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawkins.biz\/forensic-investigation\/engineering\/mechanical-engineering\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mechanical failures<\/a>, including \u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawkins.biz\/forensic-investigation\/engineering\/escapes-of-water-oil-gas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">escapes of water and oil<\/a>, corrosion and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawkins.biz\/forensic-investigation\/personal-injury\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">personal injury<\/a> incidents.<\/p>\n<p>We extend a warm welcome to Jacek, whose depth of knowledge will help us continue to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to welcome Materials Engineer Jacek Czech to Hawkins.
